  Matthew and Maria consistently demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and commitment right from the outset of our journey. In our initial meeting with Matthew to discuss our objectives for our first home purchase, his genuine attentiveness and dedication to our long-term goals were evident. Given the nature of my sales profession, with its fluctuating income from month to month, Matt's ability to secure a mortgage that aligned with our budget for our desired home was truly impressive.

During our discussions, we also addressed our insurance needs, and Matt facilitated the process of securing both life and building insurance. These policies were set to go into effect upon the completion of our sale.

Unexpectedly, our client-broker relationship was extended due to a series of unsuccessful house purchases, often resulting from sellers backing out at the last moment. Throughout this time, Matt and Maria remained accommodating and responsive to our evolving needs, adapting to the ever-changing market conditions. This included a situation where an extension on one of the mortgage offers was required due to the prolonged duration of the house purchase.

Once we finally found the right property, Matt secured the best possible rate that fit comfortably within our budget. At this point, we were introduced to Maria, who took on the role of administrator and became our primary point of contact with the lender for the additional paperwork they required. Maria was truly outstanding; she was always available to address any inquiries we had and consistently maintained a high level of professionalism in her communication with us. She conducted regular check-ins to monitor the progress of the purchase and to offer any assistance she could provide.

Eventually, after navigating the challenges, we successfully completed our house purchase. Throughout the entire process, we felt completely secure and well-cared for in the capable hands of Matt and Maria.

  Victoria was recommended to us and was brilliant. She is very knowledgeable, able to explain things simply, and nothing is too much trouble. Everything was done over the phone and email so no need to make the long trip to MH office. Victoria kept us informed during the whole process.
